Version 1/10/12 Canon's new CPS Pro Rush Service Form now has two pages, printed on front and back of a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. If you want to print on one sheet of paper, select to print pages 1-1 then reinsert the sheet and select to print page 2-2. This form can be printed and filled out by hand or each field can be filled out in the Adobe Reader program and then printed. A filled out form can not be saved. Right click and select "save target as" to save to your computer.... CPS Pro Rush Service Form |
